ALU English Proficiency Test

The African Leadership University requires you to provide proof of B2 level English Proficiency. 

To help our Rwandan-based applicants with fulfilling this requirement, we offer English Proficiency Tests(ALU EPT) on campus depending on the schedule provided by our Writing Center Department. 

If interested in taking ALU EPT you need to satisfy the following requirements;

1. Be an ALU Rwanda applicant
2. Have a conditional admission to ALU Rwanda
3. Be based in Rwanda at the time you intend to sit for the test

How to apply and sit for ALU EPT

1. Accept your conditional admission on the admissions portal
2. You will receive an email letting you know that we offer the ALU EPT exam and a link to book for the test
3. Click the link to book a date that works for you and receive a unique exam number
4. Show up on the selected test date with your unique exam number

You will need to have a test score of 60 and above(B2 English Proficiency) for your test results to be admissible. 

At the moment, this test can only assist in admitting you to join our ALU Rwanda campus.

NOTE: Do not book and not show up for the test. Do not show up for the test unless you booked for it.
