What is notarization and why notarize?
To notarize a document means to obtain an official confirmation that the presented copy of the original document is valid. You need to notarize all your equivalence application documents as indicated here. The equivalence awarding body does not require your original documents; thus, a need to have notarized copies of your originals.
Which documents need to be notarized for the MBA program?
You may be asked to notarize the following documents in order to successfully matriculate:
- Bachelor degree certificate: the official diploma or certification indicating that you have completed your Bachelor degree.
- Bachelor degree transcript: the academic results you have obtained during your Bachelor degree.
- Secondary school certificate: your A-level (or equivalent) national examination certificate.
Who can notarize and where to notarize your documents?
Any certified notary from your country is eligible to notarize your documents for this purpose. Please reach out to the Ministry of Education, Rwandan Embassy, or the notary board in your country for a reference of where you can find the notary in your country.
