ALCHE Matriculation Requirements

Please beware that to successfully matriculate, you will need to bring the following hard copies on matriculation day:

1. Admissions Letter - original (downloadable from the Post Admissions portal homepage)

2. Eligibility to Enrol Letter  - original (downloadable from the Post Admissions portal upon completion of listed requirements on the Post Admissions portal homepage)

3. National identification document (original document required)

   1. International students will need an international passport that is valid for 4 years or the duration of your academic programme

   2. Local students will need to provide their National ID card

   3. An affidavit (original) is required if the names on your identity document do not match the names on academic documents

4. Original document of the official national secondary school final exam transcripts 

5. Original document of the official high school transcripts, grades 10-12 

6. International Students:

   1. If you are an international student based outside of Mauritius, you will need to present an Entry Permit issued by the Passport and Immigration Office (PIO) Mauritius.

   2. Please bring all your original documents that you used to apply for an entry permit, including the passport sized photograph. These documents will be required when you are applying for a student residence permit.

   3. If you are an international student who is a legal resident of Mauritius, you will need to present original copies of the following documents:

1. The primary resident’s Occupational Permit or Work Permit AND International Passport Bio-data page

2. Your own Dependent Residence Permit

Permit validity: You must be a dependent on a primary residence permit that is valid for your first year at ALCHE. If it is not valid for the full year for your start date, you must provide evidence that it will be renewed.
