Are study internships paid?

Work Study/part-time jobs, or even certain internships can be paid or unpaid, depending on the organization offering the opportunity. Some Work Study/Part-time jobs and internships in the private sector offer financial compensation such as a monthly stipend, refund of transport or food. The terms of such opportunities are agreed upon by the student and the employer and are usually shared in the job description or job adverts when posted on our ALU Opportunity Board or even other websites.
