Learning Efficacy Advancement Programme (LEAP) 

Welcome to the Learning Efficacy Advancement Programme, a student-led academic mentorship program at the African Leadership University Campuses. LEAP is dedicated to fostering academic excellence and providing comprehensive support to all students, regardless of their current academic standing. LEAP's mission is to empower students to achieve their full academic potential and develop into effective leaders.

Objectives of LEAP towards students include:

• Develop and strengthen student’s responsibility toward their academic performance.
• To train and equip students with the necessary skills to become independent, lifelong learners  and be accountable for their academic progress
• Promote learning methods that cater for unique learning styles, ensuring that  educational experience is tailored to the student needs. This approach will support  progress through personalized learning paths and adapt the content to help students succeed.
• Encourage and develop positive self-esteem and positive attitudes toward learning.
