ALCHE in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation offers the ALCHE Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program, which provides fully-funded scholarships to exceptionally deserving and talented students from across the continent. These scholarships are full-ride scholarships awarded to students who demonstrate financial need, academic excellence and great leadership potential in using the scholarship opportunity as a valuable tool in making a meaningful impact in their community.
Scholarships offered at ALCHE are full-ride scholarships covering full tuition and additional financial support throughout the scholars’ journey at ALCHE.
Please note that very limited scholarships are available per admission intake.
Eligibility Requirements for the Mastercard Foundation scholarships
Applicants must be otherwise unable to afford ALCHE tuition with any other form of aid. Individuals must demonstrate financial need and substantial socio-economic disadvantage, which acceptable official supporting documents can clearly verify.
Individuals meeting the following descriptions are especially encouraged to apply;
Be academically strong with clear potential to thrive at ALCHE
Strong National Exam Scores of at least a B
Applicants must demonstrate the following qualities;
Evidence of strong leadership potential
Evidence of active contribution in their communities and commitment to leverage this opportunity to give back to their communities
Must be eligible to study in Mauritius
Be a Mauritian citizen or;
Be readily eligible for a student residence permit; find more details here
Please note that these scholarships are only available upon admission to ALCHE. No other form of aid or scholarship is currently available once one is enrolled to ALCHE.
