What is the best way to communicate inquiries, requests or to report issues?

The Help Desk is where all queries or issues should be submitted. The help desk is closely monitored and you can expect a response from us within 24 hours of your request during our office hours. Our office hours are from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm (GMT+4) on weekdays only.
