My equivalence certificate has not yet been approved and I applied for it over a month ago?

It should take NESA about 7 to 10 working days to approve your equivalence certificate. If this time has passed and you have not yet received it, please follow the steps demonstrated in this video to confirm the reason and action steps required to get it.
