How do I track the progress of my equivalence certificate application processing?

Track the progress of your equivalence certificate application processing through Irembo, as demonstrated in this video, until your application gets approved. If your application "Request for Action", meaning - it has an error that needs fixing before approval, please proceed as the following: 

Step 1: Gather documents/information you intend to add to your application.

Step 2:

• If you are in Rwanda, please visit any local Irembo Agent to help you with re-submission. If you need clarification of what you need to re-submit, please submit a request here. Make sure to include your equivalence application number in your email.
• If you are not in Rwanda, please submit a request here with the documents/information you would like to re-submit via Irembo. In the email, please include your equivalence application number.
