I am trying to access the application platform but it is not loading, what do I do?

Please try the following if the page is not loading:

  1. Check if your internet connection is stable.
  2. Deactivate any ad-blocking software installed on your device.
  3. Update your browser - we recommend using the most recent version of Google Chrome. 
  4. Try accessing the platform via another browser or with an incognito tab.
  5. Clear your browser’s cache.
