1. First, you must gain admission into ALU Rwanda.
2. During the application, you must select the Global Challenges degree option in the Campus LIfe section under the “Degree Program” header.
3. Beneath the Global Challenges degree option you will be able to signal your interest in applying for the ALU Young Conservation Leaders Program.
4. You will be asked to submit essays that highlight conservation-related or relevant projects that you’ve worked on in the past or are currently working on, and also demonstrate your potential and long term commitment to conservation in Africa.
There are 40 spots available in the program. The selection is entirely merit-based. 25 out of the 40 applicants will be chosen to receive scholarships.
